Who do we use to deliver our products ?
We use Evri, a trusted UK-based courier company, to fulfill all our shipments. Delivery typically takes around 7 working days from dispatch. Our shipping prices reflect the average cost of packaging and postage, and we take great care to ensure that every item is securely packaged and handled with attention.

How do we handle personal data ?
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data you provide is handled securely and used only for the purpose of processing and delivering your orders. We never sell or share your information with third parties, except when required to fulfil your order (for example, sharing your delivery address with our courier, Evri). All data is managed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR guidelines to ensure your information remains safe and confidential.

What is our returns and refunds policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original state within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please note the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For full details, please see our “Returns & Refunds Policy.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know that your payment has been processed. When your parcel has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link provided by Evri, so you can follow your delivery’s process.
For live updates and notifications, you can also download the Evri app and use your tracking number to stay informed every step of the way.

How do I leave a review ?
We love hearing your feedback! Once you’ve received your order, you’ll be sent an email invitation to leave a review. Simply follow the link in that email to share your experience.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay securely using paypal or choose Klarna at checkout to spread the cost with flexible payment options.
All transactions are processed safely through Squarespace’s secure payment system, ensuring your information is fully protected.

Can I cancel or change my order ?
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes. Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, but you can still return the item following our “Returns & Refunds Policy".
If you need to cancel or update your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist you, but timing is essential since orders are processed quickly through Squarespace’s payment and fulfillment system.
